Social Media Breakfast NH # 1 (Theme: Building Bridges) is Filling Up!

I am just so pleased at the response for the first Social Media Breakfast here in NH. Seats are almost full 14 days ahead of the event!

I want to extend a warm thank you to our sponsors: venue and equipment sponsor Southern New Hampshire University, and food and drink sponsor DimDim. As an added bonus, DimDim will be live casting the breakfast! Details on how to watch the live cast will be posted to the FaceBook Group for Social Media Breakfast NH and on the Uptown Uncorked FaceBook Page when we get closer to the venue.

Yes, I can confirm that there will indeed be WiFi for your laptops for note taking and live tweeting the event – I will be giving the password and username out the morning of the event. DimDim will have the hardline for a smoother live cast.

I plan to start things off with breakfast buffet and mingling from 8:00 to about 8:45 AM, then have speakers making brief 10 – 15 minute presentations and Q&A sessions, with more mingling after they are done. The event is scheduled to end at about 10:00 AM. It will be in the Hospitality Center Ballroom on the Southern New Hampshire University Campus in Manchester, NH.

I am awaiting confirmation on the last two speakers, so stay tuned for updates on this post, but we have confirmed that Jen Zingsheim, Vice President of Products and Services at Custom Scoop, will be presenting on bridging the gap between old media and new media.

I am very excited to meet many of you for the first time, to see some of you again, and to share ideas.

Upcoming Social Media Breakfasts will be touching on topics such as how to effectively work with programmers and other professionals to get your projects off the ground, government 2.0, working with various generations (millennials, gen x, boomers) and more.
